Eurosport is happy to offer you playerPASS, an online ordering platform to order uniforms. Below is all of the
information needed to place a successful order through soccer.com Moline United platform.
Eurosport Uniforms
All uniform items with customization are given to the Moline United at exclusive prices that are only available to our members.
Numbering
All uniform numbering is pre-selected by Moline United and is now fixed. Numbers are pre-selected in age-group assignments.
Email Link
An email will be sent to each player from Eurosport with a uniform link to enter the online platform on SOCCER.COM. The email
will also include a list of all required items for the player. Website access is not available to the public; the link
contains a cookie to access the Moline United site. You MUST enter the system through this link in order to gain access
to the Moline United site.
It is very important that you add custserv@sportsendeavors.com to your safe list on email as this will be the address that the
club link comes from.
Website
The Eurosport website is www.soccer.com and once you have clicked on your email from Eurosport, you will see a Moline United link
in the top right hand corner of soccer.com. This will live on the site as long as you do not clear your cookies from your Internet
browser.
Ordering
You will be able to shop and buy all items from your shopping list within SOCCER.COM. Click on your player's name within their team
and purchase the specific items required. All players will have pre-selected customization that cannot be changed. Continue
shopping by clicking on the Moline United store; making sure you buy all other items on your email list (i.e. game shorts/socks,
training/game jerseys, warm up, and backpack). In addition, any family member may add on to a players order at club pricing.
Multi-player orders will be allowed and can easily be performed using the search engine within the club page.
The ordering process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Delivery
Your order will include non-customized items (such as socks) as well as items that need customization. Items without customization
will ship from Eurosport's warehouse within 24 hours. All items with customization will require several days to receive
customization. An email with an expected ship date will be sent to you upon placing your order.

as listed on SOCCER.COM. Eurosport and Moline United are committed to answering questions on the uniform process in a timely manner.

What are the optional and Spirit Wear items?
Optional items are items selected by your club and offered with the hope that you will be able to practice and play to the best
of your ability, in any condition. Optional items usually include warm-ups, practice apparel and weather gear. Spirit wear items
are club specific apparel that are customized with the club logo and designed for parents, players, and friends to show their
support and team spirit. Spirit wear items usually include jackets, t-shirts, hats, polos, etc.
How can I only view the items that I am required by my club to purchase?
The filters on the left hand navigation can be helpful in refining the results shown to you on your playerPASS pages.
For instance, if you want to view only the required items for your club, then click the required link in the left hand navigation.
This will narrow down the results shown so that you are only viewing items your club requires you to purchase. You can also
filter by Teams/Players, Home/Away, or Category.
How do I add items to my gear bag?
There are two ways that you can add items to your gear bag. First, if you click on an item you will be taken to the product
page where you can view all of the item's details. Once you have selected a size, color, quantity, and any customization
necessary for that item click the "Add Item to Gear Bag" button. You will see your item appear in your Gear Bag at the top
right hand corner of your screen. The second way to add items to your gear bag is to use the Quick View feature. Click the
"Quick View" button below the product's picture on the results page; this will pop up a small ordering window where you
can select your size and other relevant ordering information. Clicking the "Buy Now" button will add the item to your gear
bag. When you are ready to checkout or just want to view the items in your Gear Bag, you can either click the Checkout button
beside the Gear Bag symbol at the top right hand corner or you can click on the Gear Bag link in the top navigation.
How do I get back to my club's PlayerPASS page after I add an item to my gear bag?
If you are ordering from a product detail page, you can click on the "Back to Previous Results" link that appears in the blue
bar above the name of the product. You could also use the Quick View feature, which allows you to add items to your gear
bag without leaving the playerPASS page you are on.
Do I have to order each item individually?
To ensure that you receive each item in the correct size and with the exact customization needed, it is necessary to order
each item individually. Feel free to use our Quick View feature which allows you to add items to your gear bag without
leaving your playerPASS page. Just click on the Quick View button associated with the product you wish to purchase. There
is also "previous" and "next" buttons for you to view each item within the Quick View screen without having to close it completely.
How can I get back to my playerPASS page from the SOCCER.COM homepage?
Once you have clicked through your ordering link, you will have access to your club's product and can browse about the site in
any section you desire. To get back to your club's main playerPASS page, click your club's name located in the second red
navigation bar to the right of the "Shop by Position" link. Once you are at your club's main playerPASS page, you can choose
your team under the Teams/Players navigation on the left hand side. After selecting a Team, you will also have the option to
choose a Player in the same left navigation.
Why don't I get a Goal Club discount on items purchased from my club's playerPASS page?
The items on your club's playerPASS page are selected by your club's representative and are discounted beyond that of
your Goal Club discount. You will receive your Goal Club discount on any items that you purchase outside of your club's
playerPASS page.
Do I earn Goal Club points for my club order?
If you are a Goal Club member, you will need to log in with your Goal Club account on SOCCER.COM by clicking the "Sign In"
link on the top gray navigation bar. Once signed in, you will receive points on all of your gear purchased, both club items
and non-club items.
Can I use promotional codes with club orders?
All club orders are highly discounted so we generally don't allow promotional codes to be combined with club orders. If you
are unsure about the type of promotion you have or whether or not a promotional code will work for your order, you can
insert the code into the space provided in the Gear Bag and click Apply. If the code is valid and applicable for your order,
then the promotion will be applied.
Will I receive my entire order at the same time?
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may break up your order into multiple shipments at no additional
cost to you.
Can I add additional customization to my items other than what is already specified?
Customization has been specified by your club's representative to ensure that all players will have matching gear. Any
deviation from the club's predetermined customization may not be accepted by the club administrators and is not
recommended. (We are able to accommodate most customization requests over the phone, but a change from the club's
predetermined design will not be eligible for the special club pricing and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged).
